Privacy notice

Data controller — THALYA, Campus 3, 4 rue Pierre Fontaine, 91000 Évry-Courcouronnes, France, reachable at theo@thalya.bio.

What we collect — The "Contact us" popup on the home page and the open application form on the career page are both built with Tally, a third-party form provider: they collect your name, email address and message (the career form also asks what role you're looking for and, depending on how it is configured, may ask for a CV or portfolio link).

Why — This information is used solely to review and respond to your message or application. The legal basis is your consent, given when submitting the form, and the steps taken at your request prior to a possible contract.

Who sees it — Submissions are collected by Tally (Tally Labs), a form-building service based in the European Union, acting as our processor. Tally stores this data encrypted, on servers located in the EU, and does not sell it or use it for advertising; Thalya is notified of new submissions by email. See Tally's privacy policy, cookie policy and data processing agreement for details.

How long — Messages and applications are kept for a maximum of two years after our last contact with you, then deleted.

Your rights — Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to theo@thalya.bio to exercise these rights. If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies — This site does not itself set cookies, track visitors, or run analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is transmitted to Google when a page loads. Both forms load a script and an embedded frame from Tally (tally.so), which may set essential cookies needed to display and submit them — see Tally's cookie policy linked above.
